In order to prevent actions and practices that lead to criminal acts of bribery, fraud, conflicts of interest, and gratuities, Indonesia Power has established the Gratification Control Guidelines, which were approved through Director's Decree No. 019.K/010/IP/2020 dated February 11, 2020 on Gratification Control Guidelines in PT Indonesia Power; Joint Director and Dekom Decree No. 040/012/IP/2020 and No. 002.SK/DEKOM-IP/2020 dated March 11, 2020 regarding the General Policy for the Implementation of ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System (ABMS) in PT Indonesia Power; and Director's Decree No. 083.K/010/IP/2021 regarding the Tone of the Top Anti-Bribery Commitment Policy of PT Indonesia Power, which is now known as 4T.
The 4T anti-bribery commitment Tone of the Top consists of No Bribery, No Gratification, No Fraud, and No Luxurious Hospitality. These guidelines are binding and regulate all of Indonesia Power's employees in carrying out business activities, so it is expected that the guidelines will help establish a controlled corporate environment in handling anti-bribery efforts, thus ensuring transparency and accountability principles are well implemented.
