Service

In the business of providing electrical energy, the Company distributes the electrical energy to PT PLN (Persero), to further disbursed to consumers. The electricity distributed by the Company comes from both our own plant and other companies owned by the Company.
In addition to providing power, the company also has a business unit of Operation & Maintenance (O & M). In the management of O & M services for power plants owned by PLN (owner of the asset), the Company has a role as the party that operates the asset. In that connection, there are two kinds of service contracts:
  1. Asset Manager Contract (AMC), yaitu kontrak pengelolaan jasa O&M antara PT Indonesia Power  dengan PT PLN (Persero) untuk PLTU Suralaya 8, PLTU Lontar, PLTU Labuan, PLTU Palabuhan Ratu, PLTU Adipala, PLTGU Cilegon, dan PLTGU Priok Blok 3.
  2. Kontrak Supporting, yaitu sebelum Commercial Operation Date (COD) atau sebelum pembangkit beroperasi secara komersial dan COD.
